Strategic plan

  • The strategic plan was co-developed by all partners over one year. It includes a brief history as well as information about the partners and their roles. The purpose, vision, mission and values are outlined. Each thematic section describes the core issue we are facing and what needs to be done. Five-year milestones are presented.

The Lead Task Force Studies

  • Between 1990-2000, there was a decade of studies that led to development of THEP/THEC. The video is presented by Steve Hilts who authored many of the studies and has played various roles in the work in Trail since the late 1980’s.
  • All studies are posted online here (under program research) and the video is a good snapshot of the key messages.

Governance

  • This page online provides a short summary of what the Trail Area Health & Environment Committee is, its role, the membership and the importance of collaboration for this group since its inception.
