The Health program component is funded by Interior Health and all other program components, including Air, Soil, and Built Environments, are funded by Teck. The City contributes to the Air component through enhanced street sweeping in Trail and ground-cover maintenance in city parks and green spaces. Interior Health contributes to Built Environments by funding water quality testing in a pilot program on residential lead inspection.
